What's the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is 1 bags (60kg) for coffee stocked in Antwerp, Belgium. For an order < 5, please check the fees section.

How does delivery work?

We ship EU-wide from Antwerp.
You have 3 options:

  • Pick-up the coffee by yourself at the Vollers warehouse.

  • Arrange delivery yourself: after booking, we send you all details that you will give to your transporter

  • We arrange the shipment with our partner and you will be charged for the shipping costs.

What are the extra fees?

Regarding your order quantity and shipping option, we will apply extra fees :

  • For order < 5 bags (300kg), we apply 50€ of handling fees
  • Shipping is always billed when we organize the delivery for you

How can I place an order?

You can place an order on the website directly, or you can call us, send a sms/whatsapp, a mail or a message throught the contact form. You will find all our contact informations here.

Do you send samples?

Yes, to request a sample, contact us by email, phone, or via the contact form. Shipping costs will be charged.
